Resume optimization tool that surfaces matching job postings from JobStreet and other Philippine job boards.
What we set out to solve
Filipino job seekers send the same resume to dozens of postings and rarely hear back. The gap is not effort, it is signal. Postings on JobStreet, Kalibrr, and LinkedIn each weight keywords and structure differently, and most candidates have no feedback loop for what is actually filtering them out.
How we built it
- 01Parse uploaded resumes into a structured profile (skills, roles, seniority, industries).
- 02Crawl public PH job boards on a schedule and embed each posting for semantic match.
- 03Score the resume against each posting and return concrete, posting-specific rewrite suggestions.
- 04Generate tailored resume variants per shortlisted role with one click.
