What we set out to solve
Fire systems either get installed to the cheapest tender and fail in audits, or get over-specified and still leave blind spots. Owners need a system that meets BFP and the Fire Code of the Philippines, integrates with the rest of the facility, and is verifiable on inspection day.
02 · The Approach
How we built it
- 01Walk the site and produce a compliance-ready layout against RA 9514 and NFPA references.
- 02Specify the right mix of smoke, heat, and beam detectors per zone; addressable panels for traceability.
- 03Coordinate with electrical, sprinkler, and access control so an alarm produces the right combined response.
- 04Hand over with commissioning tests, drills, and an as-built package the BFP inspector can sign off on.
